About This Project

This research study was a retrospective chart review of clients at a small, midwestern clinic that focused on trauma informed care (TIC). The purpose of this research was to provide evidence about the emerging role of occupational therapy in TIC.  When using a TIC approach within an interprofessional team, what were the outcomes of occupational therapy services based on data from standardized and non-standardized assessments for children 0-5 years who experienced complex trauma?
